Confirmation

Applications will be confirmed after receiving your REGISTRATION FORM completed CORRECTLY, along with the copy of the proof of deposit.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, it will be refunded to the participant 75% of the value of registration, to be effected through deposit fifteen days after the end of the symposium. The announcement of cancellation must be sent in writing to the organization in until 30 days before the event. After this period there will be no return of the value of registration.

Replacement

The holder of registration could indicate another participant to replace it without any cost, until the March 31, 2008. Get more information with the Organizing Committee.

ATTENTION: The non attendance of the insured incurs in no return of the entry fee.

Access to the Event

Access to the event local will be limited to participants of the symposium, on presentation of the badge of identification, and the participants can not move in rooms without the badge.

Certificates

Participants at the symposium registered until March 31, 2008 will receive their
certificates at the end of the event; after this date, via mail.

Simultaneous Translation

There will be simultaneous translation to the Portuguese of lectures of international speakers who speak only the "ENGLISH" language, the participant is responsible for the transmitter unit that will be delivered before the lecture through the "seizure" of an identity document (ID). There will not be simultaneous translation to the Portuguese of mini-courses.

Rights of images

At the moment of registration, the speaker / participant / facilitator and authorities present are, automatically, authorizing the use of his image in ads for disclosure (post-event) of photos and films taken during the symposium.

Observations

• The participants and speakers are not allowed to distribute of merchandising and folders at the event local.
• The cancellation, postponement or change of some events of the symposium can be done without any charge by the Organizing Committee according to the number of registrations in the symposium and mini-course. The general programming of the Symposium is subject to changes without notice to participants, remaining always updated in the official website: http://www.dosimn2008.com/
• It will be issued only 01 (a) certificate per participant, with a minimum of 75% of frequency.
• It elected the forum of the City of Recife, capital of the state of Pernambuco, to settle any doubt come of this event, renouncing any other, more privileged to be.
